Subject: Why did SCM resign from
OKHOA?
Angela forwarded your email to her
regarding our resignation from Oak Knoll HOA.
The reasoning for our resignation
was simply a business decision as we felt that the working relationship with
the Association was not a good fit any longer. Despite our long history as
managing agent for the community, I made the tough decision to tender said
resignation.
Thank you,

Good Morning Sir,
Thank you for replying, and the
response provided therein.
I am sure there are professional
and ethical issues that prohibit you from elaborating, but I am sure you know
of me and my dealings with our HOA over the years, and it is only getting
worse.
I’ve been contacted by several
former homeowners who moved because of our HOA, and others still here hair as
unhappy as I have been.
With your departure a new company
has come on board that appears to be facilitating the bad decisions and
behaviors of the board of directors.
...
Again, thank you for your reply.
One final note, in all my dealings
with Angela, she was most courteous, polite and extremely professional in all
that she could do and did for our community.
Thank you.

It is unfortunate to hear that
things are only getting worse. I know you have worked long and hard in your off
hours with many of the issues of importance to you in the community.
And thank you for the compliments
of Angela. She is an integral part of our team, and always nice to hear.
Best regards,
Troy Rudd, CEP

So...it says a lot when a management company resigns from an HOA versus the other way around, which is far more typical and expected. The final response affirms/acknowledges that even they (the management company) could see how bad our HOA has and continues to be ran into the ground (i.e. lawsuit).
>>Yes, I have an attorney working on my case and he will soon be sending written notice.<<
